General provisions

These terms of purchase define the procedure for ordering, paying, delivering and returning or claiming goods offered on our web site. The supplier (Seller) of the goods offered on this site is Healthy Vibrant Life d.o.o. Aleja Antuna Augustinčića 18, Zagreb, and Buyer of Goods is a visitor to the online store that selects at least one product, fill in the electronic order form and send it to the Seller.

All prices are in Croatian Kuna and all prices include VAT.

Healthy Vibrant Life d.o.o. is authorized to change prices for web shop. Also, Healthy Vibrant Life d.o.o. is authorized without prior notice at any time to determine discounts and actions.

All materials available on the site are the intellectual property of Healthy Vibrant Life, and may only be used with the written consent of the owner.

In case of maintenance or external circumstances, access to the site may be impossible.

Buyer

The buyer is a physical or legal person who undertakes to purchase through the site.
The buyer is obliged to enter the correct information when registering and ordering.
The buyer must have business capacity.

Registration

Buyer may or may not need to be registered at www.lukahinic.com to make a purchase. When registering from the Buyer, it is required to enter an e-mail address and a password.

Sales and Products

The price is clearly displayed and represents the retail price including VAT, expressed in Croatian Kuna(kn).

The discount is clearly indicated, and contains the price before the discount and the price during the discount.

The coupon allows you to purchase at a discount or other benefits to security code owners. The code can be obtained as a reward for a previous purchase, and as a promotional code.

The composition of the product stated in the product details corresponds in reality and in its entirety to the composition of the product being sold.

Purchasing

Purchasing goods is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The goods are purchased exclusively by an electronic form – an internet store cart. The buyer may or may not have to be registered on the Seller’s website to make the order. However, the buyer is required to enter the contact details and addresses to complete the order process. If the Seller is not able to deliver all the ordered items, they will deliver those who can, and in writing will notify the buyer within the communicated Buyer after the order has been made.

Order Confirmation

We will email you to confirm the placement of your order and with details concerning product or service delivery. In the event that there is an error in this email confirmation, it is your responsibility to inform us as soon as possible. If you’ve signed up for a subscription with us, the subscription renews automatically and your credit card will be charged fees stated at the time of purchase (or the introductory rate during introductory period). Price may change at the end of your subscription period. Your subscription will start as soon as your credit card is successfully charged.

If you have signed up for an online class or workshop, confirmation that we have received your order and payment does not constitute acceptance into the class or workshop. We will email you separately to confirm that you have been accepted into the class or workshop.

If you have submitted a deposit or payment in full for a service, LukaHinic.com has the exclusive right to deny service if deemed necessary. If service is denied, a refund will be provided in full.

Payment

The customer chooses the offered products, which are stored in the cart and at any time the current amount of the order is clearly highlighted, and it is possible to add and remove individual items and quantities. When he has finished selecting the product, he proceeds to order.

The customer can choose between several payment options:

  • Bank transfer
    When you choose this payment method, you will receive an order confirmation with all the information you need to make a payment. You can then make payments by using internet banking or by the way you normally pay your bills – via bank, mail, Fine or similar.

  • Online card payments
    Ordered products can be paid by credit and debit cards MasterCard® and Maestro®, Visa, Discover and Diners. Notice of order confirmation will be sent to your e-mail address.

    While conducting payments on our web shop you are using CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure acceptance of credit cards on the Internet. Records of payment are visible to the customer in the details of the user account, and via email notification.

Conversion statement

All payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.

Cancellations, Refunds & Returns

Program specific Cancellations, Refunds and Returns policies will be stated on the sales page of corresponding programs. Membership enrollment can be cancelled at any time. In addition, customers enrolled in membership can also cancel through PayPal if needed. Due to the nature of downloadable pdfs, there are no returns or refunds on those products.
